Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager for a full-time position at our Wakad, Pune location. This mid-level role is integral to enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The Relationship Manager will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer retention and growth.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings or calls with clients to review progress and provide updates on services.
- Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present reports on client account status and business performance metrics.

Location:- Wakad Pune
Working Days:-Monday to Saturday
Working hours:-10am to 6pm
Salary:-3LPA to 6LPA ( Immediate Joiners)
