Job Overview
Career Mantra is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Wakad, Pune. This internship is an exciting opportunity for freshers looking to start their careers in human resources. The candidate should ideally have between 0 to 1 year of work experience and must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and offers a platform to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): ability to assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and coordinating interviews effectively.
- Onboarding (Mandatory skill): experience or ability to support new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- HR Policies (Mandatory skill): basic understanding of HR policies and employment procedures.
- Employee Relations: assist the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Data Entry: proficient in data entry and management with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and potential candidates.
- Organizational Skills: strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to Detail: keen attention to detail ensuring accurate data management and adherence to HR processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing HR events and activities.
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for continuous HR improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with various HR projects as assigned.
