Job Overview

Career Mantra is seeking a motivated Admission Counselors Intern for our office in Wakad, Pune. This internship is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As an intern, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic education environment where you'll apply your passion for student support and career guidance. You will collaborate with our professional team to assist in various aspects of the admissions process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in machine learning, with a focus on the ability to develop algorithms and models (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in python programming for building applications and data manipulation tasks (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in statistical analysis to interpret data and analyze results effectively.
• Capable of creating clear, informative data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
• Experience in predictive modeling to forecast trends and inform strategic planning.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and their practical applications in a business environment.
• Knowledgeable in SQL for managing and querying complex datasets in relational databases.
• Competency in data mining to gather and interpret large datasets for actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the admissions team to guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to help candidates identify their career potential and goals.
• Participate in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract potential applicants.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating career-oriented workshops and seminars for students.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, maintaining databases and tracking progress.
• Provide ongoing support and information to students and parents during the admission cycle.
• Research and analyze trends to enhance our career counseling services and offerings.
• Contribute to the development of innovative projects aimed at improving admission procedures.

Location:-Wakad,Pune

Duration Of the Internship:-3 Months

Stipend:- 3k to 5k ( Depends on your Interview)

Working Days:- Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:-10am to 7pm
