Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Career Kendra. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling our Company's products r to potential clients. This is a full-time position based in Delhi NCR. Job location Kundli Haryana


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with IT and Non-IT recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Present our recruitment services to potential clients and explain how our solutions can meet their hiring needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet agreed upon KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure clients' requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.
