Career Kendra, a staffing company based in Delhi, is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (Female) to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Act as the main point of contact for clients
• Keep track of client communication and update the CRM system
• Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare reports on client engagement and feedback
