Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Tele Collection Executive Process at Career Kendra. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a Collection Process, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. This role is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and set up repayment plans
• Provide information regarding overdue accounts and payment options
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or disputes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
• Meet monthly collection targets and goals
• Prepare reports and documents related to collections activities
