Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in Busy Software to join our office . As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data, Debit Credit Notes, Invoice using Busy Software. This is a full-time position based in Delhi Mangolpuri , India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Handle all aspects of payroll processing, including calculating employee salaries, deducting taxes and benefits, and issuing payments.
• Analyze financial data and present findings to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
