Recruitment &Team Leading:

 Responsible for End to End recruitment.

 Identifying sources of recruitment as per client requirements.

 Shortlisting candidates and taking interviews.

 Recruiting Talents from various sources like application received through careers

site (Naukri, Shine and Monster), Social media networking (LinkedIn, Facebook and

WhatsApp), Referrals, ATS 

 Negotiating with candidates for offer & Remuneration acceptance.

 Leading team of 6 recruiters and providing training, helping them to source and

understanding the position.

On Boarding & Exit Formalities:

 Handling end to end process of the Joining formalities.

 Maintaining employee file.

 Preparing New Joiner data for Employee Code generation

 Issuing Offer & Appointment Letter, Bank account opening.

 Conducting exit interviews, Submission of F&F.

 Ensure smooth relieving of employees through formal exit procedures

 Issuing Experience & Relieving letter.

Payroll:

 Maintaining attendance data files as per the attendance records and filing done

every month as per the data of payrolls.

 Preparing salary structure for Outsource Employees and payroll employees and

getting it approved by Director.

Requirements/preferable qualifications:

a .4+ years of experience in a people management role

b. Bachelor degree qualification or equivalent work experience

c. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

d. Strong judgment and instincts and able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced

environment

e. Strong people management skills and ability to lead by example

f. Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements

g. High level of energy and proactive nature. A sense of ownership and drive and a

willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
