Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to join our team at Career Grow Solutions. As a fresher in this role, you will work on exciting projects and contribute to building innovative websites using WordPress. This is a full-time, remote position available in Bangalore and Hyderabad. We welcome candidates with a minimum of 0 years to a maximum of 1 year of work experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in HTML for structuring web content and ensuring accessibility compliance.
• Strong experience with CSS for styling and designing visually appealing web pages.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript for adding interactive elements and enhancing user experience.
• Expertise in Responsive Design to ensure websites perform well on various devices, including mobiles and tablets.
• Knowledge of Frontend Frameworks to facilitate the development of dynamic and efficient web applications.
• Familiarity with Version Control systems to manage code changes and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying issues and implementing appropriate solutions quickly.
• Experience in Backend Development (Mandatory skill) to handle server-side functions and database management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Create custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to achieve project goals and client expectations.
• Perform website performance tests, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize speed and functionality.
• Ensure websites meet accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and responsive design requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging WordPress technologies to incorporate into projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed.
• Manage version control and maintain project documentation for future reference and enhancements.
