Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an entry-level position, ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role is flexible, offering options for Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote, and Contract employment types. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting our customer service functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and products.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and encourage repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve company targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvements to the management team.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skill set and performance.
