Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team at Career Grow Solutions. The ideal candidate will hold a junior position and work remotely on a full-time basis. This role is located in Bangalore or Hyderabad and requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in a leadership capacity.

• Lead and manage a team to meet and exceed project and company goals.
• Foster a positive team environment and initiate team-building activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with senior management to align team efforts with company objectives.
• Identify and address team members' concerns to maintain high morale and productivity.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the team's adherence to workplace policies and procedures.
• Implement and manage effective communication channels within the team and across departments.
• Prepare and present reports on team and project performance to stakeholders.
