Job Overview

Career Grow Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The position can be based in Bangalore Urban, Mumbai, or Pune. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of work experience in data science roles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in machine learning techniques and frameworks is mandatory for developing predictive models and driving data-driven decisions (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Python Programming for building scalable data-driven applications and automating data processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong abilities in data visualization for translating complex data into actionable insights and clear visual narratives (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced statistical analysis skills to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Experience in predictive modeling to forecast outcomes and behaviors based on data analysis.
• Solid understanding of big data technologies for handling, processing, and analyzing large data volumes efficiently.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, optimizing performance, and managing data retrieval processes.
• Experience in data mining techniques to explore and analyze large data sets from different perspectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges and ensure data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms and models to optimize business processes and product offerings.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and propose solutions based on insights derived from multiple data sources.
• Create data pipelines to automate data collection and processing for efficient data handling and analysis.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through comprehensive reports and data visualization tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science and apply them to ongoing projects.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous
