Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – Protein Bar Stall Management will be responsible for managing and overseeing the setup, operation, and customer engagement at stalls for promoting protein bars at events, trade shows, and exhibitions. This role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to represent the brand, drive sales, and interact with potential customers to promote healthy eating habits and the benefits of protein bars.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Stall Setup and Operation:
  2. Coordinate with clients to understand their product display, branding, and stall requirements for promoting protein bars.
  3. Oversee the timely and professional setup and breakdown of the stall at the event or exhibition.
  4. Ensure that the stall is well-stocked with protein bars and promotional materials such as brochures, samples, and banners.
  5. Customer Engagement and Sales:
  6. Actively engage with event attendees by sharing information about the protein bar products, their health benefits, and target market (e.g., athletes, fitness enthusiasts, busy professionals).
  7. Offer samples to potential customers, encourage them to try the protein bars, and provide details on the different varieties and flavors available.
  8. Drive on-site sales and collect customer details for future follow-ups and promotions.
  9. Identify customer needs, explain the benefits of protein bars, and close sales on-site when possible.
  10. Product Demonstrations and Education:
  11. Conduct product demonstrations, educating potential customers about the nutritional value, ingredients, and unique selling points of the protein bars.
  12. Address customer inquiries regarding dietary preferences, such as gluten-free, vegan, or high-protein options, and recommend suitable products.
  13. Brand Representation:
  14. Represent the protein bar brand with professionalism, ensuring consistency in messaging, product presentation, and customer service.
  15. Create a positive and engaging atmosphere at the stall to attract attendees and encourage repeat visits.
  16. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
  17. Collect customer contact information and generate leads by engaging with attendees who show interest in purchasing or learning more.
  18. Follow up on leads after the event, sharing product information, promotions, and driving online or offline sales.
  19. Sales Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
  20. Maintain detailed records of sales, product samples given, and leads generated during the event.
  21. Prepare post-event reports that include sales figures, customer feedback, and suggestions for improving future events.
  22. Track and report on inventory levels at the stall to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
  23. Customer Service and Problem Solving:
  24. Address customer concerns or product issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  25. Assist with resolving any logistical issues related to the stall setup or product availability.
  26. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  27. Observe competitors’ products, sales strategies, and promotional efforts during the event.
  28. Collect feedback on customer preferences, competitor products, and overall market trends related to health snacks and protein bars.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nutrition, or a related field (preferred).


Experience:

  • Proven experience (X+ years) in sales, customer service, or event management, ideally with experience in food products, health supplements, or protein-related products.
  • Familiarity with promoting health, fitness, or nutrition-related products is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate potential customers.
  • Excellent sales skills with a customer-centric approach to selling.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stall operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable demeanor, with a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of nutrition and the benefits of protein bars is preferred.
