Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Python Developer to join our growing team at Career Grow Solutions. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for freshers looking to begin their career in the tech industry. The role offers opportunities to work in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Mumbai.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Python programming, with a keen understanding of syntax and best practices.
• Familiarity with data structures (Mandatory skill), demonstrating the ability to optimize storage and retrieval operations.
• Competent in algorithm development for solving complex computational problems.
• Experience with the Django framework, capable of building robust web applications.
• Knowledge of the Flask framework, suitable for developing lightweight web applications.
• Skilled in SQL databases (Mandatory skill), with the ability to efficiently design, implement, and query databases.
• Aptitude for API development, encompassing RESTful services and integration.
• Experience in unit testing, ensuring software reliability and robustness through effective test cases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code for various applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and optimize applications utilizing Django and Flask frameworks.
• Contribute to software design processes, including participating in design reviews and code evaluations.
• Develop and maintain data-driven web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
• Maintain code quality through regular testing and enforce automated testing platforms.
