Role : General Manager / Deputy General Manager, Talent Management

Reporting to : Sr. Vice President Human Resource As GM / DGM, drive strategic HR functions by aligning policies with company goals, ensuring broad understanding. Enhance learning and development through targeted training and a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate on organizational structures, job analyses, and equity evaluations. Oversee HR audits, ensuring swift closure of action items. Manage compensation structures and implement talent retention strategies. Lead the enforcement of policies preventing sexual harassment, conducting prompt investigations, and ensuring legal compliance. Role Responsibilities Responsibility areaKey tasks & activities Campus Hiring ·      Carry out all necessary initiatives as per the campus hiring strategy to recruit individuals from across identified campuses.·      Maintain corporate relations with key stakeholders from the campus / placement committee team Policies & Procedures ·      Create and update HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.·      Ensure effective communication and understanding of policies across the organization. Learning & Development ·      Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.·      Design and implement training programs to address identified needs.·      Promote a culture of continuous learning through various initiatives.·      Assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for improvement. Org. Structure and JDs ·      Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures.·      Conduct job analysis to create accurate and updated job descriptions (JDs).·      Evaluate job roles and positions to ensure internal equity and fairness. Audit ·      Support third party agencies in conducting HR audits and supply all necessary information.·      Ensure closure of action items basis observations outlined in the audit within agreed upon timeline Background Verification ·      Conduct and oversee the background verification process for all new hires at the time of recruitment.·      Ensure a detail report is shared with the key individuals across the organisation on timely basis Rewards & Recognition ·      Develop and manage compensation structures to attract and retain talent.·      Implement and oversee employee recognition programs.  Financial Ensure overall compensation to employees is within the financial budget for FY (Actual Compensation / Budgeted Compensation) *100 Customer Maintain corporate Relations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges for campus hiring

 Number of Pre-Placement Talks (IP and FTP) across Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges in the country Internal Process Number of timely Conflicts / grievances redressal escalated by employees

 Number of timely Conflicts / grievances redressal escalated by employees Number of action items closed based on audit reports

 Total Number of Action Items−Number of Outstanding Action Items Ensure timely and accurate Reporting of data with all stakeholders

 Number of times lapse in reporting as per audit Learning & Growth Number of mandatory and optional training hrs conducted for skill development

Total number of trainings hrs conducted for skill development Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role ) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Relevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) 12-10 years of work experience in related field
