Job Overview

Career Grow Solutions is looking for a Female Tele Caller for its Telugu Voice Process. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad with an option for full-time, part-time, or remote work. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the Telugu language and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to introduce company services

• Record and update client information accurately in the company database
• Follow up on leads and convert them into potential business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals
