Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Career Grow Solutions. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The position is full-time and offers the flexibility to work remotely. The selected candidate will contribute to various digital marketing campaigns, utilizing their skills in SEM, SEO, and other areas to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Search Engine Marketing (SEM) (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to increase organic traffic to various online assets
• Experience in managing social media platforms and running social media marketing campaigns
• Ability to design and implement email marketing campaigns to engage and convert potential clients
• Strong content marketing skills, including the creation and distribution of valuable content
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies and implementation
• Capability to devise and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for various projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services
• Enhance brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads
• Collaborate with the web development team to optimize the company’s websites for search engines
• Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including content creation and paid advertising
• Analyze marketing data and user behavior to improve campaigns and maximize ROI
• Create and maintain a marketing plan, providing updates and reporting on results regularly
• Work closely with other teams to ensure coherence in marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and apply them to improve marketing performance
