Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist proficient in Zoho CRM and its suite of tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for the CRM integration by working with stakeholders to map out processes and data flows.

• Ensures the CRM aligns with business needs and identifies areas for process improvement.

• Acts as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

• Manages data migration, cleansing, and validation.

• Ensures data consistency and quality across systems.

• Develops processes for ongoing data governance.

• Analyzes data insights to optimize CRM functionality. Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a CRM Specialist role, with experience in business analysis, strategy, and revenue operations.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Zoho CRM, including integrations, automations, and customizations.
