We are looking for a Fresher Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience. Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals effectively and meet targets.
  • Excellent market research capabilities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client relations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
  • Strategic planning abilities to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Proven experience or knowledge in lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and practices.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Engage in sales and negotiation processes to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
