We are looking for candidates who will be working as a DEMAND GENERATION EXECUTIVE. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively making outbound calls, web research on publicly available domains, setting up appointments with prospects, meeting internal quality standards.

Responsibilities

•       Follow communication scripts when handling different topics

•       Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

•       Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile

•       Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner

•       Frequently attend inhouse educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

•       Meet personal/team quality and quantity targets

Requirements

•       Previous experience in a customer support role

•       Freshers with excellent communication skills will also do

•       Strong phone, verbal communication skills and active listening skills

•       Familiarity with basic knowledge of Microsoft office

•       Client focus and adaptability to different personality types

•       Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively

•       Min. qualification 12th / 10th + 3years (Diploma)

•       Willing to work in rotational shifts mostly into night shifts
