Experience: 3-4 years
Role and Responsibility –
• Responsible for On-boarding activities
• Responsible for Induction programs on weekly basis 100 candidates
• Responsible to handle end to end joining formalities
• Should understand and can able to perform other HR Ops activities
• Can handle employee grievances
Desired Skills:
• Education-Human Resources Management or relevant field – Preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be target oriented.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
• Education- Any Graduate or MBA in HR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
• Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi mandatory
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week.
