About the role

We seek a skilled WordPress Content Manager and Troubleshooting Specialist to manage our

content-related features and resolve WordPress issues.

Role Title: WordPress Specialist (Contract)

Location: Trivandrum / Mohali / Delhi

Experience: 5-8 Years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT

Role & Responsibilities:

Content Management:

 Oversee creation, editing, and publishing of website content.

 Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams.

 Maintain and update website menus, media libraries, and navigation.

 Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.

Technical Troubleshooting:

 Identify and resolve WordPress issues like plugin conflicts and performance

problems.

 Perform regular updates and maintenance of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.

 Monitor website performance and security.

 Provide technical support to team members.

Optimization and Enhancement:

 Optimize content for SEO.

 Implement website analytics and suggest enhancements for user experience.

 Stay updated with WordPress trends and best practices.

Requirements:

 Experience as a WordPress Content Manager or similar role.

 Strong understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins.

 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

 Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 Preferred experience with WordPress multisite installations and knowledge of PHP and

MySQL.

 Familiarity with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor).
