We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Vice President to join our Client Development and Engagement Team and lead our efforts in driving strategic growth and profitability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing client engagement strategies, building and managing high-performing teams, and exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in strategic planning, execution, P&L management, and business development, with a focus on Market Research/Insights/Digital Business Research.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding revenue targets and achieving profitability goals.
- Expertise in client relationship management and building strong, lasting relationships with C-level executives.
Exprience must from market reaserch domain, KPO industries only
These teams may include
- Sales, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, outbound calling, etc on the Sales or Revenue Side
- Digital, SEO, Content Writing, Performance Marketing, Visual Designing on the Digital / Digital Marketing Side
- On operations side, it can be sampling, data Services, quality, Project Management, Vendor or Supplier relations, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive client development and engagement strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the client lifecycle, from initial acquisition to ongoing relationship management and account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of client engagement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service that exceeds expectations and builds long-term loyalty.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance client engagement efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and thought leadership.
