Responsible for outsourcing of market research projects globally

o Managing and increasing profitability by practicing efficient negotiation

o Identifying and on-boarding new partners for key business regions and create Strategic Partner Network

o Ensuring smooth partner relationship management by timely interventions on escalations and new

requests on ongoing projects and ensuring smooth transition and communication between PM and

Partners for issue resolutions

o Responsible for partner invoice approval and payment processing

o Responsible for preparation and approval of contracts

o Ensure robust communication

o Directly manage partners and coordinate with local teams for Quantitative and Qualitative jobs through

execution methods like CATI, F2F, CLT, FGD, IDI, Online etc)

o Directly manage partner operations on-ground, in case of requirement and ensure stakeholder

observation for projects

o At any time, you would be handling a multiple suppliers based in different geographies individually
