Role Title: Technical Program Manager

Experience: 10+ Years

Educational Qualification: Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT

Roles & Responsibilities

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals,

and deliverables.

 Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and

alignment across all stakeholders.

 Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation

strategies.

 Act as a point of contact for technical issues, facilitating resolution and

escalation when necessary.

 Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

 Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best

practices.

 Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the

project team.

You are close if you have

 Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a

technical environment.

 Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

 Experience in Node.js and React.js development.

 Good understanding of the OOPs concept.

 Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple

stakeholders.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
