Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile MERN/MEAN Stack Solution Architect who can also effectively perform the role of a Technical Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and developing applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack and demonstrate strong project management skills to lead and deliver complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture:

• Design, architect, and develop scalable and robust applications using MERN/MEAN stack.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical designs, and documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions
• Technical Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Communicate project status, progress, and any potential delays to stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in MERN/MEAN stack.

Strong experience in project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either React.js or Angular.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end development, including responsive design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
