Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Proven expertise in recruitment, payroll management, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Overseeing the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring quality hires
• Managing payroll administration and compliance activities
• Handling HR operations, including policy development, employee relations, and performance management
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture
• Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
