Requirements: -

 Ability to understand business logic of service and locate real user’s

scenarios.

 Know and understand basic rules of creating good API, how http works, how

to create JSON/XML file.

 Validate the response, response time, error code.

 Able to validate the XML and JSON body by using Json parsers.

 Analyzing the requirements from clients.

 Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases.

 Analyzing and executing Test Cases.

 Involved in Preparation and Execution of Test Cases, Test Case Design

Techniques, Test Plan, Test Case Review Template, and Requirement

Traceability Matrix.

 Conducting API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, and Rest

Assured.

 Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using programming

languages such as Java, Python, and Ruby.

 Collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve

defects and issues.
