Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Head of Training, to be based in Vadodara. This full-time, senior-level position is ideal for a training leader with up to 10 years of experience. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing training strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing the skills and effectiveness of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor a team of English Tutors and Interview Trainers.
• Develop training modules and ensure consistency in quality delivery across all sessions.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Training Development and Delivery:
• Design and refine curriculum tailored to interview preparation, covering academic, professional, and personal aspects.
• Conduct advanced training sessions for high-profile or challenging cases.
• Organize mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Student Support:
• Assess individual student needs and recommend personalized training plans.
• Instill confidence and improve communication skills to ensure students are well-prepared.
• Address student concerns regarding language proficiency and interview readiness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular feedback and outcomes.
• Stay updated with interview trends, university requirements, and embassy protocols to ensure training remains relevant.
