  • Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling (Mandatory skill) to reach out to potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation techniques (Mandatory skill) to close deals and persuade potential customers about the benefits of the company's offerings.
  • Experience with call center software to handle and manage calls efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management to build and maintain strong customer connections.
  • Exceptional active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Proficient in convincing with the ability to influence customer decisions positively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • · Handle inbound/ outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner to potential or existing customers to promote and upsell products or services.
  • · Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • · Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.
  • · Maintain customer records by updating information in company’s Database system or CRM system.
  • · Meet sales targets through effective lead management and sales strategies.
  • · Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers to close sales and maintain long-term relationships
  • · Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or follow-up requirements in a timely manner.
