Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager for our offices located in Rajkot and Ahmedabad. This is a Senior-level, full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of pertinent work experience. The successful candidate will lead and manage branch operations, ensuring the branch meets strategic goals and maintains high client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in sales management, showcasing the ability to drive sales and meet branch targets.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Outstanding team building abilities, fostering collaboration, motivation, and performance improvement within the team.
• Demonstrated strategic planning skills to lay down and achieve long-term goals while adapting to changing circumstances.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, staff, and senior management.
• Familiarity with overseas operations and guidelines pertinent to an educational consulting environment.
• Proficient in developing and implementing procedures and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leadership (Mandatory skill) necessary for guiding teams towards success and managing branch operations effectively.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company-wide policies and procedures.
• Act responsibly in all branch matters as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior management.
