Omni Career Hub is seeking a passionate and proactive Academic Counsellor for a full-time position based in Surat. As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students in educational planning and career decisions. Your primary goal will be to support students in navigating their educational pathways and achieve success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with students and parents.
• In-depth knowledge of educational programs, understanding curriculum structures, and career pathways.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and maintain records systematically.

• Experience in lead generation to identify potential clients and engage them effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand and assess their academic goals and aspirations.
• Advise students on educational programs, career planning, and academic pathways.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and service provided.
• Generate leads and convert them into prospective admissions through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends, courses, and competitive exams to provide current information to students.
• Coordinate with educational institutions to provide students with a comprehensive list of options.
• Devise strategies to improve the efficiency of the counseling process and enhance student satisfaction.
