Job Description

Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management and automating business processes.

• Experience with Scripting and SAP Integration with ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
• Supporting and maintaining ServiceNow modules for Incidents, Changes, Problems and Agent chat across the organization.
• Designing and development of Integration with internal and external systems using Out-of-the-box and custom implementations using REST, JavaScript and GlideAjax.
• Leading efforts on CMDB, Hardware and Software Asset Management implementations.
• Custom app development on the ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating requirements for IT and business needs. 
• 5 to 8 years experience with ServiceNow in ITSM / Integrations/ ITAM / ITOM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification
• Designed, developed, and implemented several integrations (OOB and custom using REST)
• Supported Hardware Asset Management and software Asset Management implementations.
