  • Should have handled clients independently.
  • Hands on with head hunting and other means of profile sourcing.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition, Sourcing till exit.
  • HR initiatives like employee engagement, employee retention etc.

  • Good Client handling skills
  • MBA/PGDM from an institute of repute
