Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Vashi. This full-time, junior-level position centres on enhancing our footprint in the staffing and recruiting industry. The successful candidate will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships and leveraging our established networks to create new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce to manage customer interactions and streamline processes (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maintain long-term client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM software to ensure effective tracking and managing of client information.
- Ability to perform data analysis to recognize trends and inform sales strategies effectively.
- Proven ability to generate leads and opportunities that align with company targets and expansion strategies.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools to support marketing efforts and enhance client outreach.
- Experience in delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Accounts management experience to nurture and expand existing business relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and expand the presence of Career4You in target markets.
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track sales progress and client interactions effectively.
- Analyse market data and trends to inform sales strategies and maximize revenue potential.
- Coordinate international placements through established partnerships, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of Career4You’s services.
- Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both Career4You and clients.
- Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
