Role Overview:

We are seeking an Executive-level professional for the role of Senior Role - Investment Banking - Private Equity M&A . The successful candidate will be pivotal in leading transaction execution, managing client relationships, and driving business development. The position demands strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and strategic advisory. You will be responsible for originating and executing deals while managing a high-performing team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Origination and execution of end to end Private Equity, M&A Deals and structured finance transactions.
2. Maintaining existing relationships and making new relationships with corporates looking to raise funds
3. Oversee and drive end-to-end M&A and private equity transactions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
4. Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, from preparation and strategy development to execution and closure.
5. Assist in executing transactions, including due diligence, deal structuring, and document preparation.
6. Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or technology.
7. Contribute to the overall growth of Capwise Financial Services, innovating strategies to enhance our portfolio and expand our market presence.
8. Mentor and manage a team of analysts and associates, providing guidance on transaction processes, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBA - Finance (B-School) IIT, IIM, CA, CFA, FRM
• Minimum 10 years of Fund Raising / M&A/ Private Equity Investment Banking, with a strong focus on sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or technology.
• Proven experience in deal closure, leveraging strategic insights and negotiation skills to bring transactions to a successful conclusion. (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships and presenting transaction insights to stakeholders.
