Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive-level professional for the role of Senior Role - Investment Banking - Private Equity M&A at Capwise Financial Services Private Limited. This full-time position is based in Mumbai and requires a robust work experience of at least 10 years. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our investment banking operations, focusing on M&A and private equity. This role demands excellence in deal closure and fundraising, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive end-to-end M&A and private equity transactions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
• Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, from preparation and strategy development to execution and closure.
• Identify, evaluate, and source lucrative deals, establishing a strong pipeline of opportunities that align with our business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processes, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Develop strong client relationships, maintaining open communication and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their unique requirements.
• Lead strategic discussions and negotiations to maximize deal outcomes, effectively handling any challenges or obstacles encountered during transactions.
• Provide expert advisory services, leveraging market insights and financial analytics to guide clients in making informed investment decisions.
• Contribute to the overall growth of Capwise Financial Services, innovating strategies to enhance our portfolio and expand our market presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, specifically within M&A and private equity, demonstrating a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Strong expertise in investment banking is mandatory, with an ability to navigate complex financial systems and deliver strategic advisory services to clients effectively. (Mandatory skill)
• Proven experience in deal closure, leveraging strategic insights and negotiation skills to bring transactions to a successful conclusion. (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive fundraising knowledge, capable of sourcing and securing investment to support ventures and client goals. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in sourcing deals, understanding market opportunities, and identifying valuable deals in the financial sector.
• Solid background in mergers and acquisitions, with an ability to manage and execute all phases of the deal lifecycle efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of private equity, including valuation, due diligence, and portfolio management, adding value to investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, necessary for evaluating financial models and developing strategic financial solutions.

MBA - Finance (B-School) IIT, IIM, CA, CFA, FRM

Sector Exposure: Real Estate FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), Direct to Consumer,

Pharma, Industrials, Manufacturing, defence and logistics, Infra, FIG, and TMT, IT/ITeS. and many

other sectors.
