Capwise Financial Services is seeking to expand its leadership team by hiring mid to senior-level talent for its Investment Banking practice (VC, PE, and M&A Advisory). The Senior Talent role will need to align with Capwise Financial Services' ambitious growth plans in the Investment Banking space. Candidates should have a proven track record of nurturing existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities and duties:

• Analyze investment opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with investment bankers, consultants, and others, and exploring potential acquisition ideas.
• Conduct financial modelling and initial due diligence for investment opportunities.
• Support management and monitor portfolio companies.
• Manage the daily tasks of the deal teams and collaborate closely with senior management on strategy and negotiations.
• Oversee internal due diligence processes and negotiations.
• Contribute to fundraising, operational management, and investing efforts.
• Develop and implement a targeted investment banking strategy for Capwise in key sectors such as Real Estate, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods), Direct Consumer, Pharma, Industrials, Infra, FIG, and TMT, as well as other sectors.
• Create various financial models to assess the value of debt and equity for mergers, capital-raising, and other transactions.
• Prepare and review materials used in client financing, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch decks.
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to expand the business.
• Conduct research, analysis, and documentation for live transactions.
• Possess knowledge in start-up fundraising and M&A.
• Mentor and develop consultants in collaboration with other senior management team members to foster a leadership culture.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach through consistent delivery and a willingness to be involved in the full life cycle of management consultancy, from identifying opportunities to post-project completion support.

Skills Required:

• Candidates must have a proven track record of success in management consulting, consistently exceeding targets and expectations throughout their career.
• Business and consulting experience should be gained within recognised financial institutions, leading advisory firms, or specialised boutique consultancies.
• The ability to engage with new investors in the private equity (PE) / venture capital (VC) domain and senior leadership across the industry is essential.
• Candidates should be able to work collaboratively, provide constructive challenges and advice, and possess good communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in handling teams is also required.
