senior-level talents for its Investment Banking practice (VC, PE, and M&A Advisory).

Duties & Responsibilities Included but are not limited to

1. Source investment opportunities by cultivating and maintaining relationships with

investment bankers, consultants & others and potential acquisition ideas.

2. Supported the CEO in creating a pipeline by leading strategic initiatives and monitoring

portfolio companies.

3. Manage the daily responsibilities of the deal teams and work closely with the senior

management on strategy and negotiations.

4. Develop various financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and

capital-raising transactions.

5. Prepare and review materials used in clients' financing, including investment

memorandums, management presentations, and pitch decks.

6. Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

7. Perform research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

8. Develop and mentor consultants alongside other members of the senior management

team to build the leadership culture.

9. Display a clear hands-on approach through consistent delivery and a willingness to be

involved in the full life cycle of management consultancy from identifying opportunities

through to post-project completion support.

Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years

Skills Required:

1. A proven track record in business development/consulting sales through the

identification of new clients and expansion of existing client market share in the area of

start-ups and growth companies.

2. The ability to engage with new Investors in the PE / VC domain with senior leadership

across the industry.

3. Expert knowledge of global best practices to help Investment Banking customers achieve

their business goals.

4. The ability to work collaboratively whilst also providing constructive challenges and

advice.

5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, along

with a collaborative approach to working.

Qualifications:

Post Graduate/Specialized in Finance/ Business Administration/ CA, CFA
