Job Overview
Capwise Financial Services is seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to join our Mumbai team. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and developing new business relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, lead generation, and business development abilities, all critical to success in this role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acquiring and managing corporate and SME clients through inbound calls, outbound calls, or email with a focus on increasing company revenue and market share.
- Research and analyze clients' financial profiles and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and develop a growth strategy that focuses on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Initiating meetings with clients, gathering business and financial needs, structuring the transaction, and drafting the proposal.
- Dealing with corporate clients, from SMEs to large corporations, and advising them on various banking and financial products and services offered by various banks.
- Negotiating and finalising the mandates till their closure from the end-to-end procedure.
- Working with the team to formulate a Debt Syndication strategy focusing on revenue generation and profitability.
- Debt fundraising for corporate clients from private and public sector banks

- Strategic communications skills to craft compelling narratives that align with organizational goals and enhance client engagement and understanding.
- Proficient in sales techniques, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets in a highly competitive business environment.
- Capability in business relationship management, essential for maintaining and nurturing long-term partnerships that yield mutual benefit.
- Ability to work within the financial services sector, requiring an understanding of complex financial products and services and their market implications.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and business opportunities, allowing for informed and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications: MBA or Post Graduation in Management Studies would be preferable (Marketing and Finance)
