Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing digital experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding user requirements, translating them into intuitive designs, and contributing to the overall success of the digital products built at Rootquotient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development environment.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Solid portfolio showcasing previous work on mobile and web applications.
• Experience with interaction design and responsive design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
