Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Telesales Executive. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and handling telemarketing activities to promote our services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in making outbound calls (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in telesales (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with inbound calls
• Skilled in telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

● Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the customers.

● Selling Membership packages over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set

quality parameters.

● Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

● Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony

packages.

# Working days : 6 days in a week with rotational off (may have to work on Sundays with a weekday off)

# Languages : Tamil / Malayalam with excellent communication skills in English.
