Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Telesales Executive to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in telemarketing and sales, and should be adept in voice processes. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong telemarketing skills, with the ability to engage potential customers in meaningful conversations that drive sales outcomes.
  • Experience in a voice process environment, with excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, showcasing strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • A keen aptitude for multitasking, managing deadlines, and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, reflecting both individual and team achievements.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales..
  • Engage with customers in both Kannada and Telugu to address their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales tactics and strategies.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to the management team to enhance service offerings.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively position services in the market.
