Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess excellent telecaller skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone effectively.
- Advanced tele sales skills to drive successful client interactions and achieve sales targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong telemarketing abilities, focused on promoting real estate offerings to potential clients. (Mandatory skill)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of sales processes, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and enhance customer relationships efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas and present solutions clearly.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally and persuasively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment to meet company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through efficient telecalling practices to promote real estate offerings.
- Conduct thorough telemarketing campaigns to grow the customer base actively and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in CRM systems for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a harmonious approach to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Address customer inquiries and provide necessary support to facilitate decision-making.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities through cold calling and develop meaningful client relationships.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.
- Work under supervision to achieve personal and team sales objectives in a fast-paced sales environment.
