Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide sales training and mentorship to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales goals alignment
