Process : Inbound Voice Process.

Basic Skill set:

·         fluent in two different language (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil) interested in Inbound voice process will be added advantage

·         Handling customer’s query and request for the services.

·         Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience

·         Rotational day shift (8 am to 9pm) Any 9 hours

·         6 days working, Rotational week off

Note : Work from office

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher’s or 6 months experience in BPO
• Any graduates.
• Age criteria: 18 -29 yrs. 
• 
  

CTC per Annum: 180000 to 216000 (12750 K to 14500 K take Home) + Incentives
