JD for AGM / Senior Manager – Quality

A)     Master degree with 12 + years of experience in Quality Management, with a proven track record of leadership in similar roles.

B)      Should possess any two of the following certification:

1.       Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence from American Society of Quality (ASQ)

2.       Six Sigma Certification from International Association of Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) or ASQ)

3.       ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification

4.       Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (PMI)

5.       Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ

C)      Design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

D)     Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.

E)      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, IT and finance to ensure quality considerations are integrated into all stages of the product/service lifecycle.

F)      Lead root cause analysis, investigations for quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and track their effectiveness.

G)     Ensure proper documentation of quality processes, standards, and performance metrics.

H)     Generate regular reports for senior management on quality performance and improvement initiatives.
