WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Present, Promote and Sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective

customers

* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

* Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their

needs

* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

* Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports

* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive

activities, and potential for new products and services

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

* Work experience as a sales representative in medical field                          

* Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales

* Able to prioritize, time management and organizational skills

* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

* Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

* Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

* Sales experience in the health sector would be ideal

* Should be fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)

* Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point is mandatory

* Must be open to travel domestic and International
