We are looking for Sales Executive/ Sales Manager for Real Estate Sector.


Work location : Perumbakkam, Chennai


Gender : Only Male


Experience : Min 3+yrs of experience into any product sales.


Sales Executive Responsibilities: 


∙Meeting & Greeting the Clients. 

∙Explain Product Offerings and facilitate Site Visits. 

∙Coordinate with Internal Teams for Smooth Sales Process 

∙Introducing New Channel Partners. 

∙Maintaining smooth relations with Existing Channel Partners and Generating site visits through them. 

∙Organizing Sales Promotions and Corporate Events to generate Leads. 

∙Customer Interface till the handover. 

∙Ensuring Accurate Details are entered in ERP. 

∙Preparing MIS, and monioring the accuracy of data entered in CRM softwae.

∙Managing Inventory control & supply management in coordination with Management. 


REQUIREMENTS: 

∙High school diploma or equivalent. 

∙Computer literate. 

∙Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences. 

∙Superb verbal communication. 

∙Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. 

∙Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
