Job Requirements :
• Freshers -BE / BTech with MBA (HR) /MSW (HR) or Any Degree with MBA (HR)/MSW (HR)
• Location – Bhiwadi
• CTC -Rs384000/- pa
Job Specification:
• Preferably multilingual Competency
• Candidate should be sensitive to individual and groups inter-relationship.
• Good in English communication both written/oral (Multi-lingual Preferable)
• Should be a good team player
• Good basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Good project management skills Expectation
• Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and act in good faith at the Client site
being CEO Representative.
• Work with the Ownership of the Project and ensure the successful implementationof
the project with the required support and resources.
• The person has to maintain high standards in the implementation effectiveness.
Willingness to travel/relocate and handle assignments in different locations.
Job Description :
• Candidate will be the face of the organization at Client place. Candidate
needs to understand CEO’s Products and methodologies.
• Candidate need to understand the project deliverables and handle the projectimplementation.
• Ability to design and handle training
• Ability to design and implement HR processes/systems to increaseemployeeengagement.
• Inclination towards people development.
• Plan the micro details of the project.
• Carry out the day-to-day responsibilities related with the execution of the Project.
• Adhere to the time schedule and execute the tasks assigned to them.
• Play a conscious – keeping role and supports the project
leader/mentor inperforming their role according to the need.
